By using pamplemoose.co you agree to these Terms of Service. The site is operated by Pamplemoose Games LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company doing business as Pamplemoose (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site.

pamplemoose.co is a marketing and information site describing the Pamplemoose family of products and projects, including Pamplemoose Games, Pamplemoose Arts, and our software products (currently Tracklix, SiftId, and Yggdrawsil).

This site does not itself sell software or services. Links from this site lead to our products, each of which operates under its own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to those separately before using a product.

The Pamplemoose name, the Pamplemoose moose mark, the visual design of the site, the text and images on the site, and the brand identities of our products are owned by Pamplemoose Games LLC or licensed for our use. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal and non-commercial browsing.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that would burden our infrastructure, probe for vulnerabilities, or misrepresent yourself as connected to Pamplemoose.

Links on this site to third-party sites or to our product sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites. Our own product sites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
